AAT Exemptions
Your prior experience and qualifications will determine which level of the Accounting and Payroll Administration qualifications you can enter at.
Depending on your previous experience and qualifications, you may be eligible for exemptions.
If you have taken the AAT Award in Bookkeeping you will be exempt from the first stage of the AAT Accounting Qualification, either Foundation or Certificate level depending on which pathway you are following.
You can also complete the AAT's Skillcheck questionnaire online at www.aatskillcheck.org to identify the best level for you to begin your studies.
